CANCELLATION:

* Cancellations for bookings can be made, providing details of this are received at least 14 working days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival - cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of 1 overnights accommodation.

** Cancellation for New Year period is 31 days before arrival and will incur a penalty fee, equivalent to the cost of 3 nights' accommodation and catering!
